Workshop Description:
Do you work with youth? Are you a foster parent or a mental health provider? This training will help individuals develop strategies to help support both staff, youth, and families during difficult times. Caring for others may feel challenging at times. A compassionate attitude can greatly reduce the distress people feel in difficult situations and can become a profound person resource in times of stress.
