Building a Culture of Common Humanity | Online | West Valley College Title IV-E. June 11, 2021.

  • West Valley College Saratoga, CA Unites Staes (map)

Workshop Description:
Learn takeaways and insights on how we can build together a culture of common humanity. Embracing shared common humanity is a key step from the educational program ‘Compassion Cultivation Training - CCT’. In this 2-Hour workshop we will be exploring how to bring awareness to the importance of human connection, compassion, cooperation, and understanding to reach a deeper connection with our own humanity and others. You can apply what you will learn in your professional and personal life.

CCT learning techniques are supported by scientific research, to learn lifelong wellbeing for ourselves and benefit our communities and the world. This training would be especially helpful for those staff who are involved in supporting others in the community. We hope you can join us!
